요즘 들어 첨단 매체와 공학적 방법이 오히려 교육의 본질을 훼손하고 선생님의 수업력을 약화시키는 경우를 종종 발견하게 됩니다. 이는 매체활용에 대한 그릇된 인식에 연유하며, 여기에는 저를 비롯한 교육공학 전공자들의 책임도 적지 않음을 통감합니다.

  EDUSUGAR는 『Make your education sweeter with smart technologies』라는 슬로건으로, 잘 절제되고 꼭 필요한 곳에 교육공학적인 지식이 활용되기를 바라며, 다음 세 가지 목적에 의해 운영됩니다. 첫째, 제가 몸담고 있는 원광대학교 사범대학 학생들이 올바른 교육공학적 지식을 쌓아 사회에서 살아있는 공학적 지식을 교육에 활용하기 위함입니다. 둘째, 일선 학교 선생님이 컴퓨터를 활용한 수업분석을 통해 체계적인 수업기술 향상을 지원하는 데 있습니다. 마지막으로, 저와 뜻을 같이하는 사람들이 어울려서 연구하고 토론하는 커뮤니케이션의 장을 마련하기 위함입니다.다만 몇 개의 메뉴는 대학 강의를 위한 원격테스트와 저의 개인 연구 진행을 위해 운영되는바 부득이하게 열람을 제한하였음을 양지 바랍니다.

  Nowadays, it is often found that cutting-edge media and technological methods actually undermine the essence of education and weaken the teaching ability of teachers. This is due to misconceptions about the use of media, and I am deeply aware that there are a lot of responsibilities of educational technology majors, including myself.

  Under the slogan of 『Make your education sweeter with smart technologies』, EDUSUGAR is managed for the following three purposes, hoping that educational technology knowledge will be utilized in a well-controlled and necessary place. First, it is for the students of Wonkwang University's College of Education, where I am a member, to accumulate correct educational technology knowledge and to use technological knowledge alive in society for education. Second, it is to support the systematic improvement of teaching skills through classroom analysis using computers by front-line school teachers. Lastly, this is to provide a forum for communication where people who share the same mind with me can study and discuss together. However, some menus are operated for remote tests for university lectures and for my personal research, so it is inevitable to read them. Please note that this is limited.
